Chris “Goldy” Goldschmidt
I founded Goldys Fitness in 2022 with one mission: to help people become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally through personalized, science-backed coaching.
As a NASM-certified personal trainer, I've always believed fitness is about more than exercise. While many programs focus solely on workouts, I recognized that lasting results come from developing both the body and the mindset behind it. That's why I incorporate body awareness, accountability, and mental resilience into every client's journey.
My approach combines evidence-based training with genuine support and connection. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve performance, recover confidence, or simply feel better in your own skin, I meet you where you are and help you create sustainable progress that lasts.
Rebecca Compton
My journey with Goldys Fitness began as a client, where I experienced firsthand the impact of a holistic approach to health and wellness. Inspired by that experience, I joined the team to help others achieve the same sense of strength, confidence, and independence.
Today, I provide rehabilitative occupational therapy services for adults with acute and chronic conditions, along with personalized training and client support at Goldys Fitness. I believe true wellness extends beyond workouts and rehabilitation sessions. It’s about building confidence, improving function, creating sustainable habits, and helping people regain trust in their bodies and abilities. My approach focuses on meeting people where they are, addressing the whole person, and creating practical strategies that support lasting progress.
Whether in therapy or fitness, my goal is simple: to help every client feel supported, empowered, and capable of achieving meaningful change.
Ben Goldschmidt
With over 10 years of experience in personal training, group fitness, and Pilates, Ben is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits.
Known for his kind and caring approach, Ben takes the time to understand each client's unique goals and creates personalized programs designed to help them succeed. He balances supportive coaching with the right amount of challenge, encouraging clients to push beyond their comfort zones while feeling confident every step of the way.

Tim's journey with Goldys Fitness began as a client, where he experienced a life-changing transformation both physically and mentally. Inspired by the impact fitness had on his own life, he joined the team with a passion for helping others achieve the same results.
With experience in cycling, spinning, strength training, and functional fitness, Tim creates personalized programs that build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. His approach combines encouragement, accountability, and practical coaching to help clients make lasting progress.
