We will acknowledge and seek to understand the mental aspects of your personal motivation style, and obstacles impeding your goals. Fitness is an aspect to achieving physical goals, but sculpting the body you want is not the solution to overall well-being - you must also feed your mind and soul. We'll explore your habits, and how you feel about them, look at your daily routine, and celebrate every small victory on your path to total wellness. Together we will create habits that create fulfillment and joy. I am not a therapist, but I am here to support you every step of the way. Your Training Includes
Link your neuromuscular system to your central nervous system with balance training. Helps strengthen your joints to prevent injury and falls.
Speed - Agility - Quickness training enables you to move at your fastest with and without responding to outside stimuli.
Work your heart muscle and burn calories with a combo of steady state training and High Intensity Interval sessions (HIIT).
Build and sculpt with weight lifting, cables, and machines to create your personalized, perfect body type, shape, and size.
Generate quick, powerful movements through exercises like squat jumps and burpees to hit multiple areas of focus in one exercise while improving stamina.
Work the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex to strengthen your core for optimal performance in all other areas of your personal training regimen.
Stretches targeted to improve range of motion in your joints so you can properly execute exercises and achieve perfect form both sitting and standing.
There is a minimum $20 fuel and service fee for all REMOTE (where we are traveling to you) sessions.
